Hello lads, right now i'll introduce you one of my talented friend, Kianna Higuchi. She's nailart artist and blogger from Hawaii. We knew each other from Instagram and after she made her blog i continously following her updates and i always love her nails (art or even swatching polishes).
So, let's just meet her with her nails that she prepared specially for this post, here she is! :D

Hi everyone!  My name is Kianna and I am the owner of Polishandpandas.blogspot.com. You can also follow me on Instagram @kpandaanails (: If you also love polish and nail art please follow me!  I mainly do swatches but I would like to start doing more nail art when I'm not so busy with swatching. I really love polish and i absolutely adore pandas!  You can tell I'm not very creative with the name of my blog haha.  Just like Mayang, I also love k pop!  I'm not as big of a fan of SNSD as she is though.  Aside from polish, pandas, and k pop, I also like video games, makeup, and circle lenses!  I hope you enjoy this mani and the little tutorial I have put together just for Mayang and her readers!

This design was actually inspired by one of my very favorite nail magazines, Nail Up!  I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it!  It's a baby pink to hot pink ombre with floral and glitter accent nails.  To add a bit more bling, I added rhinestones to the nails with the ombre.  That part is totally optional!  In this mani I used the Face Sgop "PP601," Zoya "Lara," Milani "White on the Spot," and China Glaze "Glistening Snow."

 Always remember to finish your mani by cleaning up and adding a topcoat!

Oops, I just Melt My Icy Nails

Do you all realize how the weather became very hot lately? Or is it just me? Whatever it is, i just feel that the weather (especially in Indonesia) is not only really hot during the day but also at the evening and it drives me crazy pffftt -______-

But beyond all the madness, this hot weather gave me inspiration for my manicure. I can imagine that every ice would melt in this temperature. Soooo, i made that on my nails. Yes, i made the melting ice on my nails. And because i need some sweetness for my nails, they're not only a melting ice but a melting ice creaaaaam! I applied different color for each nails and for the melted part i used white polish. And here they are my melting manicure..

they are ----- thumb: Stawberry ice cream, and the rest are: mint, melon, grape, and orange! :p

Katy Mani: Purr Inspired Nails

A few days ago i just realized that i had run out of my perfume stocks. I had been thinking that the perfumes are still quite a lot for the next few months, but it turned out that i didnt realize that perfumes are long gone and stayed only a few drops left.. hahaha so pity -___- 

Then when I decided to restock it, one of my daily perfume is no longer produced and had been sold a few months ago. It's Olla Ramlan's 'The Woman', she is indonesian actress anyway. And because it's sold out and no longer produced, i was seeking for my other daily fragrances, 'Lovely' and 'Covet' by Sarah Jessica Parker. Dont know why, i just love both and i dont think i can choose one of it.
And suddenly my eyes catched a purple gift box in the corner of the display, it was Katy Perry's 'Purr' and it was the gift package edition. It was containing perfume, roll on, hand body, and shower gel.

Hmmm, since I really liked the scent i just bought it and guess what, I really.. crayzey like it! hahaha
Its sweet scent makes you feel like pouring vanilla and a pool of sweeteners onto your body hahaha since that time, i'm really enjoying my shower hour. Bath with the shower gel, using the hand body, and then sprayed its perfume into my shirt and the rest of my car :p

Anyway, since i really really really like my new fragrance, and the package is just really really pretty, i make a new mani inspired by Katy's costume on the package. The pinkish and also metalic purple with leopard printed on it. Really catchy and challenge me to make one like it.

i also add 'Purr' word on my thumb and kitten silhouette on my ring finger :D

Today i'm not going to post my nailarts, like what i usually did before, this is a guest post by my nailart bloggers friend from Romania named Andrea.
We just knew each other but i instanly know that she has sucha great passion in nailart, just like mine :D

When and why did you made a blog?

I made my blog about a year ago with the concept to share my passion with other fellow bloggers and people who love nail art and polishes

How did you get into nail art?

I always liked to paint my nails; I loved to try out different techniques and followed specific sites and blogs to learn more about it. Someday I thought to study to become a professional manicurist, but I changed my mind and now I am an advertising designer. All in all I don’t remember how old I was when I started to be passionate about it, maybe about 4 or 5 years ago and this way nail art became my biggest hobby.
What are your favorite brands to use?
This is an easy question, because I don’t have a favorite brand. I try and buy any kind of polish what catches my eye. When the quality of the product, whatever brand may be, is good I buy it again, if not, I leave it. I am not a brand collector, I just love polishes :)
How big is your polish collection and how much do you spend for this passion? 
Well my collection gets bigger as the days go by. I never counted how many polishes I have, maybe 70-80 until now, I just know that I don’t have enough space for them. When a polish get’s thicker I throw it away, so a new one can take her place.
How much do I spend for this passion?

Well, I am not buying daily or weekly a polish, brush or other nail art product, I try to restrain myself as much as possible, but I have to say sometimes I cannot do it, my passion is too big.

Where did you get the ideas for your nail art?

First of all from other nail art bloggers, than clothing patterns, pictures on the internet, colors, shapes anything can be inspiring for a new nail design.

Do you ever go to nail salons for a manicure?

Last year I received from a friend a voucher for a manicure and pedicure, that was the last time I went in a nail salon. I like to do my nails myself.

What's your favorite manicure that you ever made?

I love the results I obtained by a few of my manicures, like the splatter mani, the Marilyn Monroe, caviar and the colorful dotted manicures.
